This duplex is our TX home but we close off one bedroom with our personal things and leave the rest of the place for your use when we are traveling. This is our small newly remodeled unit with updated amenities and really can only sleep 2 at the most. Enjoy the Little elm beach which is minutes drive away from the property. We also have a property across the street where you can access the lake down 2 trails see map in photos. Roughly a 5 minute walk to the Lake.
