Beautiful Oak Island, NC home nestled in between the beach, Davis Canal and intracoastal waterway is centrally located to kayaking accessibility, paddle boarding, quite walks on the beach through the scenic beach access. The island is filled with local restaurants that never disappoint. The home is cozy with a large front porch with rocking chairs and a side screened porch with gas grill. Salty Cabana-1 block to the beach!

This CLEAN and comfortable duplex has 1 bedroom & 1 bath with ample separate parking for 2 vehicles. This space is suited for 2 people, but it could accommodate a 3rd person or a child on the futon. Linens provided at no charge. There is a large backyard that is private for your use. The other side of the duplex has their own backyard divided by a black metal fence. We have an assortment of beach essentials that varies, and you are welcome to use the items. Hot outdoor shower in the front.

It’s the upstairs unit of a duplex and is completely separate from the space below. We welcome up to 2 dogs — just include them in your booking and make sure they’re respectful of the space.
