Die schöne, renovierte und gut gepflegte Dachwohnung liegt idyllisch beim Lärchenwald oberhalb dem Dorf Andeer (Paradies). Freier Blick in 3 Richtungen in die wunderschöne Bergwelt. Kostenlose Parkplätze gehören dazu. Das grosse Grundstück ist vollumfänglich umzäunt. Der grosse Sitzplatz mit Feuerschale zum Grillieren darf in Absprache genutzt werden (Partys mit Absprache / mieten beider Wohnungen). Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, ideal für viele Aktivitäten im Winter und im Sommer.

Charming holiday apartment

Enjoy a stylish experience in the beautiful Laax-Dorf. The newly renovated, modern holiday apartment is located on the south side of Laax Dorf. You can easily reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, and coffee shops on foot. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house, and the connection to the Laax ski area is regular and convenient with an 8-minute trip. With bikes, you can either ride along the lake or use the bus. The idyllic Laaxer Lake is reachable by foot in a couple of minutes.

Chalet Balu

Das Heimelige Chalet ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern oder auch nur um zu zweit die Ruhe zu geniessen. Im Chalet befindet sich ein Doppelbett und im Dachstock ein Massenschlag aus Matratzen. Man hat eine gigantische Aussicht in die Ruinaulta, den Flimserstein, Calanda und viele verschiedene Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Ganz speziell im Chalet Balu ist die Wohlfühloase mit Sauna. Wer lust hat zu grillieren kann bei uns Hofeigene Bio-Rindfeisch Produkte beziehen und andere regionale Produkte.

Egal ob Bergwandern, biken, baden oder Kajak fahren im Sommer oder Schneesport im Winter. Umgeben von Bergen ist die Unterkunft der ideale Startpunkt für unzählige Freizeitaktivitäten. Die Luftseilbahn Feldis-Veulden und die Rheinauen befinden sich quasi direkt vor der Tür. Zahlreiche weitere Skigebiete und Attraktionen befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung.

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is parking in the underground garage and easy access to the village. Close to shops and the bus stop.

The Canyon Nest

The Canyon Nest with cottage charm and tiny house coziness is the perfect retreat in the 'Rheinschlucht'. Here you can start the day with freshly brewed coffee and birdsongs on the balcony, use the TRX on the terrace, do yoga or barbecue, pick fruits from the trees, hang a hammock, and read a book in front of the Swedish stove in the evening. Das schöne geräumige Studio (29m2 und 8m2 Balkon) liegt sehr zentral und ruhig in Valbella, kurz vor Lenzerheide, in der Ferienregion Arosa-Lenzerheide. Sie ist sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Gehweg 3 Minuten zur Haltestelle Valbella Dorf) oder mit dem Auto erreichbar (kostenloser Tiefgaragenparkplatz inklusive). Ein perfekter Ausflugsort für jede Jahreszeit: zum Wandern, Biken, Skifahren, Arbeiten oder Ferien in der Bergkulisse.

...die letzten 5 km bis Vals, das sind meine liebsten. Ab der kleinen weissen Kapelle in der engen Lücke. Weil es nicht mehr weit ist. Ich freue mich jedesmal aufs Neue!
