Equal distance from downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, you can get anywhere you want to go in the Bold North.

The Grace Place

In downtown White Bear Lake. Walking distance to caribou, shops, restaurants & cupNcone. Home is an upper level with 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom. Guests must walk up a flight of stairs located in the rear of the home to enter the house. If stairs are not your friend you will want to pass on this listing . Home has smart TV with Netflix and local channels. Pet welcome for $100 a trip or $25 a night (whichever is less). There is also a charge for more then 5 guests of $25 a night.

Walking distance to the Nokomis Beach Coffee Shop and the lake. Centrally located between downtown Mpls and downtown St Paul. 15 minute driving time to get anywhere in the cities. Not to mention, 8 minutes from the Airport! The South Mpls neighborhood is quite residential, but home to some of the best shops and restaurants in the city.

Suite is walking distance from Macalester College, and minutes from local universities, Xcel Center, Allianz Field, and downtown St. Paul. Off street parking.

Our one bedroom garden level suite is a perfect home base as you explore the Twin Cities. Perfect location for exploring the city. Just a 7 minute walk to the lightrail and buses. And a 10-15 minutes drive to Mall of America, airport, the Armory, U.S. Bank Stadium, or downtown Minneapolis. Full living room, bedroom, bathroom, a mini kitchenette located in the laundry room, with free laundry. Guests have private entrance to the space and private parking.
