Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Florentines liebevoll renovierte Wohnung (80 qm) mit 3 Schlafzimmern (2 Doppelbetten, 1 Stockbett) 1 Bad, Wohnzimmer, Küche oberhalb von Seis. Genießen Sie die wundervolle Aussicht auf den Santner, Schlern und das Dorf Seis am Schlern! Auf der großzügigen Terrasse können Sie Sonne tanken, Essen und entspannt den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung ist am Waldrand gelegen und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die Bushaltestelle zur Seiser Alm Bahn.

Vogelweiderheim - Ferienwohnung

Unser Haus befindet sich in Lajen-Ried, auf 780 Höhenmetern, am sonnigen Südhang am Eingang ins Grödnertal - der idaele Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Schi- und Wanderurlaub. Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

Apartment 'Edelweiss'

In einer ruhigen Lage in der Natur liegt der Rautnerhof. Der Hof wird mit Passion gepflegt, Tiere und Natur stehen im Mittelpunkt. Außerdem bietet die Lage ein optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, der Teich am Hof eine optimale Abkühlung im Sommer oder Platz zum Eishockey-spielen im Winter und der Stall und die Gehege eine ausgezeichnete Möglichkeit den Tieren etwas näher zu kommen. Das Apartment bietet Platz für maximal 6 Personen und einen tollen Blick auf die Dolomiten.

Apartment Nucis

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

This stunning chalet offers mountain views few places in the Dolomites can beat: Just minutes from the national park, the castle and the Völser Weiher lake, this home is an amazing home base for hiking and swimming in the summer, as well as skiing and ice skating in the winters. We are close to the villages of Völs and Kastelruth as well as the incomparable Seiser Alm and its vistas. We are also just 20 minutes from South Tyrols Capital city of Bolzano and the airport.

Florerhof Ferienwohnung Lavendel

At Florerhof in the village of Völs am Schlern, you will find the charming holiday apartment "Lavendel" in a popular holiday destination at the foot of the Seiser Alm at an altitude of 880 m. From the village, you enjoy a magnificent view of the Schlern and the Santner peak. The lovingly furnished apartment features a well-equipped kitchen-living room with a cosy dining area, one bedroom, one bathroom, and accommodates up to 4 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi.

Amazing studio in Siusi Sciliar

Quiet, relax, and fantastic mountain. Due to the strategic position of this little apartment (30 sq mt) in the centre of Siusi, you can enjoy a relaxing holiday in the wonderful UNESCO Dolomites. The apartment is very quiet and sunny, and close to restaurant, pharmacy, supermarket, etc. The apartment has a terrace just in front of the Scilliar. Possibility of paid yoga courses and guided tours on the Alpe di Siusi.

Rotwandterhof Wohnung Bienenstock

With a view of the Alps, the holiday apartment "Rotwandterhof Bienenstock" in Lengstein (Longostango) is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as satellite TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Villa Fichtenheim at Siusi allo Sciliar

Our new apartments are located at the foot of the Alpe di Siusi in a sunny and quiet location surrounded by greenery, 900m from the village center of Siusi. The apartments are modern, very bright and spacious, furnished with great attention to detail in modern Alpenflair. Each apartment has a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony or terrace with garden.

Mythic Dolomites

Our quiet, sunny apartment is the ideal starting point for your vacation in the Dolomites; in Siusi allo Sciliar at the foot of the beautiful Alpe di Siusi. In 5 minutes you are on foot in the center and the cable car to the Alpe di Siusi is easily accessible in about 15 minutes on foot (or by shuttle bus).
