This space is the lower one half of a lake front walkout in a very nice quiet neighborhood. You will be able tho enjoy the lake scenes in all 4 seasons from the heated cedar porch. Watching wildlife is always entertaining and relaxing. In spring/Summer you can try your luck at fishing on the private dock. Fishing equipment is available at the house and a bait shop is only a couple miles away.The perennial garden adjacent to 4 season porch will add to the ambiance during the growing season.

Kinda like "GLAMPING" but better!Has heat and Air .Unique, corky but a great place to relax and put your feet up in the hammocks inside. Must be able to climb a 6 foot ladder to get to loft to sleep. Can come to the main house to go to the bathroom or use the best compost toilet ever attached to your getaways space. Kitchen area if needed in wine area to use. Firepit and grill to use for cooking also. A place like no other!

The Maple House is a spacious home with a large kitchen, dining room and living room. The laundry room is conveniently located in the front entry. A patio door in the living room leads to a large deck with patio furniture. Upstairs has a large open bedroom with three beds and a walk in closet. Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes! Cleaning fee included in the nightly rate.
