This 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 3000 sq. ft. home has 2 family rooms, fully equipped kitchen, and dining room with seating for 12. Large windows show off amazing sunsets and panoramic views of Center Lake; a special secret retreat in Great Lakes. Upper and lower patios are great for lake-side eating. Host requests 3-night minimum stay from May 20 until November 4, 2025.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located in the established heart of Spirit Lake just minutes from all of the Great Lakes. Come and enjoy the luxury of the 86” TV, sauna, fireplace, spacious fenced in back yard. The back yard is full of fun. It has a fire pit and a comfortable couch and a dining table. FREE EV charging coming in Fall of 2025. This is a strict no smoking which includes vaping property. No unauthorized extra guest allowed.

Newer single level, 3-bedroom, 2-bath house at the Bridges Bay Resort in Arnolds Park, Iowa. Bright, comfortable furnished space that is the perfect Okoboji vacation hub. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Screened-in game and entertainment garage space, plus back patio for grilling and relaxation. Neighborhood pool across the street and indoor/outdoor water park, arcade, gym (remodeled in 2020) and on location bars/restaurants are a 5-minute walk or short drive away. Six free waterpark passes each day.
