Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

Klančarjeva domačija is located in Zagorica, Dobrepolje just 30 minutes from Ljubljana. The house is around 200 years old and was completely renovated in 2021. The thick stone walls serve as a natural air conditioner. The ground floor apartment (86 m2) includes two bedrooms with own en-suite bathrooms, an open plan dining room, living room with a fireplace and kitchen space. Enjoy the rural surroundings of the Dobrepolje valley or simply rest in the green garden. Free parking beside the house.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Guests have access to an indoor infrared sauna, which is included in the price. *The outdoor hot tub is available for an additional fee, personally arranged with us.* The house is located next to the Kolpa River, offering a beautiful view of the natural surroundings, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers, relaxation, and outdoor activities. Sure! Tourist tax is not included and can be arranged with us (cash).

This modern apartment includes a full (eat-in) kitchen, a combined bedroom and living area with a comfortable pull-out couch, and a recently updated bathroom. Apartment is located on the first floor and situated in the historical city center. It's ideal for couples especially if they are arriving by bus because it is one minute walk from the central bus station. Apartment is very well equipped. Dishwasher and washer-dryer are located in the kitchen and TV in the air conditioned living room.

Počitniška hišica na podeželju "BEe in foREST"

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Leseni šotor v Kampu Beli gaber

Na najvišji terasi v kampu Beli gaber je sklop 3 lesenih šotorov, vsak primeren za 2 osebi. Poimenovali smo jih Tihotapci - Jurij, Nace in Vinko. Gre za filmsko zgodbo, povezano z našimi kraji. Šotori imajo skupno teraso. Zelo primerna nastanitev za skupino parov ali večjo družino, kjer imajo otroci in starši vsak svoj šotor, skupna pa jim je terasa. Dostop z avtom do šotorov ni možen. Parkiranje na parkirišču pod kampom. Šotor ni ogrevan in nima elektrike. V ceni vključena posteljnina.
