There is a peaceful undercover outdoor entertaining area and space for 3 cars to be parked under cover on the property. Home is walking distance to local shops and bus stop.

House is freestanding on a sizeable 1.5 acre property. The owners residence is on the same block of land facing perpendicular to this property (see photos for further clarification).
