In this casita you will find black out curtains, rainfall shower head, office space, kitchenette with outdoor dinning. Only 15 min walk to the beach for turtle hatchlings and whale watching. Close to groceries, fruit stand, Pacifica Fish Market restaurant Quatro Vientos yoga studio and La Esquina restaurant. Construction completed in Sep 2023.

As we’re 100% off-grid, the generator may turn on automatically day or night to ensure continuous power, especially with extended AC use.

A ten minute walk brings you to Playa Los Cerritos, the best swimming beach with the most consistent surf around. While close enough to walk to restaurants, bars, surf, the property feels remote. Catch sunset from the deck, stargaze at night, and wake to the sounds of birds and waves crashing.

Casa Sendero- Casita Close to Town and Trails

New private, cozy, safe casita with a small outdoor kitchen (best for LIGHT cooking)and high speed internet located in San Vicente neighborhood, 10-15 mins walking to downtown Todos Santos and 15 mins walking to La Poza beach. The casita shares the property with our eco-build main house. Bike from the casita to beautiful mountain biking trails or drive 10 mins to the surf /swim break at Cerritos. Happy to take you on rides or show you the trails!
