Si trova ai piedi del campanile, ma le campane non suonano mai, garantendo quiete e riposo. Arredi originali, aria condizionata, Wi-Fi veloce, biancheria di qualità, vista sulla Cattedrale e sulle mura, piccolo spazio esterno, grandi letti artigianali italiani e parcheggio privato davanti casa.

"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Casale Cipresso nel Parco, mare e città d'arte

ll Troncolo e' un bellissimo casolare dall'architettura tipica degli edifici agricoli toscani, costruito verso la metà del 1800. Il casolare con il suo ampio giardino si trovano all'interno dello straordinario scenario del Parco Naturale privato di Migliarino, proprietà dal 1500  della famiglia Salviati. Il Casale tutto ben recintato, usato in passato come residenza del guardiacaccia, è stato ristrutturato nel 2007 rispettando la tradizione e conservando gli elementi architettonici originali.
