Da qui si raggiunge il centro storico di Venezia (in 25 minuti) e la stazione ferroviaria (in 20 minuti). I bus sono frequenti. La via dove si trova è estremamente silenziosa e vicina a un piccolo parco. Il quartiere è tranquillo. Questa mia bella esperienza con i viaggiatori di tutto il mondo ha avuto inizio nell'anno 2013 e da allora, con piacere, offro una ospitalità discreta ed amichevole
