Apartment Arco Vecchio is ideally located 100 meters from the main square and the seafront in the historical Rovinj! It is quiet and cosy, yet only steps away from the town buzz and best Rovinj restaurants, caffes with creamy Italian espresso and the nearest rocky beach for a morning swim. With its unique 1900 Venetian palace style, Arco is situated in the most charming Rovinj cobbled street. Boats for islands with top beaches are just a few steps away, as is the sunny promenade by the sea.

City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

The whole city is surrounded by walls which gives visitors a feeling of security and shelter. The apartment gives you a feeling of freshness and privacy. The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
