My home is in a nice and safe neighborhood that is right off freeway I-235/Ingersoll Ave. It is within walking distance to Art Center, and Greenwood Park. Two separate doors leading from the apt to the backyard. Guests have their own entrance door and a parking space at my back yard. There are now stairs. I go by Becky by the way.

400 square foot apartment in 10 unit building built in a U shape with courtyard in the middle. Easy parking right off 37th Street and walk right in at street level, no stairs. Cozy apartment with living room, kitchen and queen bed. Fully furnished with TV and wifi for easy living while you work in Des Moines. Airbnb allowed a guest that we had to remove to leave a review that tanked the rating on this unit. Anything we can do to accommodate a comfortable stay certainly let me know.
