La casa è una bifamiliare e, con il suo ampio giardino privato, è un oasi di relax, è possibile mangiare all’esterno. Gli spazi interni sono ampi e luminosi. Dispone di un ampio terrazzo di oltre 130 m^2 sopra il quale potrete prendere il sole e fare splendidi aperitivi al tramonto. La spiaggia di sabbia è raggiungibile (a piedi) attraverso un vialetto ombreggiato ed attrezzato all'interno di una lecceta. Si trova in una zona strategica in quanto è possibile raggiungere molte belle località sia della costa che dell'interno.
