Beautiful old house of the XVIII century with garden, faithfully restored, located in a beautiful and quiet village, comfortable to nature hikes on Lake Garda, just 10 minutes by car, and cultural trips in the nearby cities such as, Verona 29 km, Mantua 38 km , Trento at 72 km, Bolzano at 120 km, Venice at 140 km, Milan at 153 km. The house is located in a convenient position to reach the Verona Fair. A bicycle storage is also available. From 1 November to 31 May heating costs are not included.

Dal giardino e dalle grandi vetrate della nostra villetta potrete godervi lo splendido panorama del lago di Garda. Ci troviamo a San Zeno di Montagna, un piccolo paese affacciato sul lago di Garda come un balcone naturale, ad una decina di minuti dalle spiagge del lago e a pochi chilometri di distanza da Verona. L’appartamento si trova a piano terra.

La Casetta.

La nostra famiglia vi accoglierà con gioia nel vecchio fienile accanto alla nostra casa. Qui potrete assaporare la quiete ad un passo da Verona e dal lago di Garda immersi nelle viti della Valpolicella. "La Casetta" si sviluppa su 2 livelli. Ingresso con zona giorno, angolo cottura e piccolo bagno. Al primo piano ampia camera da letto matrimoniale, guardaroba e bagno. La struttura é dotata di divano letto da una piazza e mezza, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e TV satellitare. 023077-LOC-0052

Godetevi la nostra casa, un appartamento di design, dove pezzi d'arredo iconici si fondono con tocchi vintage. Recentemente ristrutturato, offre tre camere grandi e tre nuovi bagni indipendenti. Al primo piano un ampio balcone offre una vista sul borgo di Garda e sulla Rocca. Al secondo piano un'ampia vetrata crea un ambiente unico tra il soggiorno aperto, la terrazza, il cielo e il lago. A 5 minuti a piedi dal lago, il nostro appartamento offre un esclusivo posto auto permanente.
