Welcome to the Orlando Poolside Oasis!! This property is located in a quiet suburb of Orlando, with easy access to both theme parks and the beaches. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom pool home will allow you to vacation in comfort and style. We have recently completed many upgrades to the property, including a newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. We hope you love this property as much as we do! The home is also very baby friendly (crib upon request, stroller, baby bath,etc)!We can’t wait to host you!😊

The Boat House was once a tin boat shed with floors open to the water and housed two boats. Today, you will find warm, cozy furnishings, comfortable beds, a quiet location and sunsets every evening!

We are not Handicap Certified but most wheelchair guests have not had issues. Grab bars are in the bathroom.

There is a nice fire pit on the back patio and logs to relax with friends and enjoy the warm weather. The black gravel parking space in front is for the use of the Studio guests. My home is about 30 minutes from theme parks such as Universal, SeaWorld, and Disney parks. Extra activities to do are Southern Hill Farms to pick fresh fruits and sunflowers. Want more fun in the sun? There is Wekiwa National park which is 7 miles away for kayaking and water springs. Additionally, Kings Landings is located 10 minutes away.

Charming two bedroom, one bathroom home just three blocks from downtown Winter Garden Florida. Across the street from the West Orange Bike Trail and walking distance to restaurants, Splash pond, shopping and Farmers Market. The fenced in back yard is shaded by a 100 year old live oak tree. There is a “no pet policy” at the house. We do not accept guests under the age of 12. There are NO cameras on or around the property. I respect the privacy of my guests.
