The Caffè del Verone is situated in the former drying room of the Ospedale degli Innocenti, on a splendid terrace overlooking Florence. The cafe offers a cafeteria and restaurant service, with the possibility of eating or having an aperitif while enjoying an enchanting view of the Duomo. Open daily 10am-9.30pm

A little further, the caffè of Museo degli Innocenti, Piazza della Santissima Annunziata. Spectacular location to get a caffè over the museum’s roof with astonishing views of the Duomo and the hills surrounding Florence.
