small place to have lunch or breakfast with out much fuss they have business lunch weekdays 12:00-19:00 for breakfast including weekend brunch you can a a single omelet / salad to any breakfast for 10 shekel and shear. Although It's not a bar they have an happy hour 1+1 on all drinks weekday 16:00-23:00
