They have an unbelievable rum collection, which is great because their coffee is best when mixed into one of their coffee cocktails. My favorite coffee cocktail is the Rise Up, which is Red Bay cold-brewed coffee, Chairman’s spiced rum, coconut milk, Angostura bitters, and cane sugar.
