HSIN TUNG YANG was started from scratch by Mr. Mai Hsing-Fu in 1967 during the early stage of industry and business development in Taiwan, and was then well-known by its original products "Freshly made Fried Pork Fiber" and "Finger-licking Barbecue". As the business grew well, Mr. Mai started to expand new locations and develop new products, such as beef jerk, dried pork, sausage, canned meat, etc... Through hard learnt skills and generously used material, Mr. Mai not only created unique flavors as his products won excellent feedback and favorable comments in the market, but also earned the reputation as "the meat kindom" as he established the business direction in meat processing, wholesale and retail of HSIN TUNG YANG.
