Edem was a very friendly host and very accommodating concerning check-in and check-out times.
The apartment was small and simple, but had everything we needed. It was actually more comfortable than the pictures suggested because kitchen and sleeping area are separated by a small hall and the doors between them allow for more privacy.
The location is really superb. Less than five minutes to wonderful Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate Underground and buses. Plenty of local shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, and Paddington Station is about ten minutes away with supermarkets like Sainsbury's Local and M&S Food.
We'd definitely stay there again!

Overall we had a nice stay. The apartment was a little dirty with hair in the bathroom and in the beds, and we had to wait 25 minutes outside the front door for the host to let us in. Besides that the apartment was perfect for needs and the location is great! Really appreciated having a laundry machine in the apartment!

Edem's place is a great location. It's walkable to the tube and lots of places to eat around the area.
However, Edem's place is full of clutter and lots of accidents waiting to happen. The doors always slam shut and require door stoppers from slamming. I empathize with the upstairs neighbors since the doors frequently and loudly.
There was an open cabinet with glasses behind a main door that would get hit when the door is widely opened like when bringing in suitcases.

The doorknob to the foyer was very slippery and turns the other way so we thought we were locked in.

WiFi signal weakens during the night and even disconnects.

Familiar space, good towels, bed sheets in great conditions. Multiple appliances all working.
the back yard could be in order, many stuff piled up.
supermarket and transports close and also good cafés and parks.
