Our bachelorette group (7) had a great time at our sound bath. We had all practiced meditation before, but we had never done a sound bath. This was a really beautiful area with lots of native plants - a great space for full disconnection. Yoga mats and pillows were provided. The sounds were incredibly soothing. We really enjoyed this great start to our day. PS wear sunscreen!

My husband and I had a beautiful reiki journey. It was a wash of peace and tranquility. Sarah was gracious with her time and knowledge- she had a peaceful demeanor that was immediately comforting. I would recommend it to anyone interested.

My boyfriend and I did this on a Monday morning, the last day of our trip to California for the first time, and it was so magical! The instructor was super knowledgeable, very friendly, and had a unique background in how she got interested in meditation and Chinese medicine. We’ve never done anything like this before, and we’re so happy we did it. This experience was a beautiful way to start the day and a perfect way to end our vacation, you leave feeling more at peace and in a grateful mindset.

Our group had a great time, it was the highlight of our trip!
