Appreciated being able to skip the long lines; however, tour information was not well organized and earpieces dropped the guides voice many times throughout and were of cheap quality. Guide was very nice, but the lack of organization and just standing long times at a few locations left this tour wanting. Would have rather bought tickets ourselves and read about the Colosseum before going. Many people in our group left the tour before it was over. Would not recommend to a friend. Guide was very nice and knowledgeable—but the information was scattered and not well organized.
