Nana was EXCEPTIONAL on all levels... she was passionate about showing her love of her country to us and we embraced all that she had to show us.

Having a guide / photographer on hand each day made our time in Japan so much more special. She tailored the itinerary to suit the needs of our diverse group, which was not easy... but she did it with a smile.

She could answer all of our questions. She was like touring with a friend. She also gave us tips for restaurants and other things to do in Kyoto. Nana is the best tour guide you could possibly ask for. She is very friendly, knows Kyoto’s hidden gems (like the best matcha and Kaiseki ryōri). Nara was able to quickly customize a tour based on my interests, and even shared her favorite temple with me, which is a very special place. The best part, my ask was to get off the tourist path, and that is exactly what we did. I can’t thank her enough for making my stay in Kyoto amazing.
