I had a great experience overall! However, I did encounter one issue: when I booked the tour, it mentioned that they would pick me up from my hotel, but that wasn't the case. I stayed in the center of the strip and wasn't picked up or dropped off at my hotel. Instead, I had to go to another hotel for both pick-up and drop-off... Which was not something I wanted to do . Aside from that, the experience was fantastic!
