This wine tasting was incredible! We tried 7 different wines and a variety of homemade food (bruschetta, cheese pairings, pasta), all of which was delicious. We were also offered to taste beer, but we stuck to wine.

Leo was also a fantastic host - he's a very knowledgeable sommelier and could answer any questions we had during the tasting, both about the wines and the wine making process.

We would absolutely recommend this wine tasting to anyone visiting Florence, and would love to do it again!

We recently had the absolute pleasure of experiencing a wine tour hosted by the incredible Leo.

The experience began when Leo picked us up in his car, right from the train station, he did mention that this was rare, given they were short staffed that day. His warm and friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease, and we were soon on our way to the beautiful countryside. During the drive, he shared fascinating stories about the area, its history, and the winery/farm we were about to visit, which added depth to our journey.

One of the most remarkable aspects of this tour was the exceptional care taken to accommodate my dietary preferences as a vegan. Leo and Maria went above and beyond to ensure that every meal and wine tasting was not just suitable but delectable. He curated a diverse array of veggie options as well as my friends who had no dietary restrictions. I do want to note that although I do not eat cheese or meat, for my friends it was a unique experience to combine the wines they presented to cheese and meats that were provided.

Leo had clearly put a lot of thought into selecting the wines that presented. Each one had its own unique charm and character, and we enjoyed a variety of wines, from crisp whites to robust reds. Our host's knowledge and passion for wine were evident, making the tastings both enjoyable and educational.

The highlight of the day, however, was visiting the winery/ farm. It was a true slice of paradise. The farm exuded warmth and comfort, making us feel right at home. The cozy atmosphere was enhanced by the beautiful natural surroundings, which provided a serene backdrop for our wine tastings. We even had the chance to stroll through the vineyard before entering the farm.
Leo and maria spared no effort in making this experience special for my friend, who was celebrating her birthday. From personalized touches to thoughtful surprises, it was evident that he genuinely cared about making this day unforgettable. It truly was a testament to his commitment to providing the best possible experience for his guests.

In summary, our day with Leo was an absolute delight. It combined all the elements of a perfect wine tour – exceptional wine, exquisite food, breathtaking scenery, and most importantly, a host who was attentive to our needs and desires.
