The stay was overall okay, but I don’t think it was worth the price paid. A few things made the experience less pleasant — several amenities were lacking, and there were quite a few restrictions, such as not being allowed to use the pool unless staying for at least a month. Upon arrival, there were three luggages in the unit that seemed to belong to a previous guest, which made the place feel less secure and not properly prepared. There were also no utensils provided, only plates and mugs.

Additionally, the host asked about my checkout time two days before my departure, which made me feel a bit unwelcome — most other places I’ve stayed at usually only ask the day before or even offer late checkout. On a positive note, the host was friendly and helpful in providing local recommendations via chat.

Overall, the unit was decent, but for the price and restrictions, I found it somewhat overpriced for the experience and amenities provided.

Our stay in this condo left a warm impression!
The apartment is quite spacious, making it very comfortable for two people to live in. It has everything you might need for a long-term stay (we stayed for about two months). There’s no smell of dampness.

A big plus — there’s a 7/11 right in the same building and some nice restaurants nearby. Overall, the location is excellent: about 5 minutes’ walk to the BTS and around 5–10 minutes to Terminal 21.

There were a couple of minor downsides. It’s not possible to use the balcony for drying clothes, because pigeons are always there — we had to dry everything inside. And one more issue — related to the condo complex itself rather than the apartment — the gym is quite poor: very few machines, and many of them are in bad condition. However, there’s also a private gym in the same building, and it’s perfectly fine.

Nevertheless, I’ll still give it 5 stars, because we lived there without any problems that really bothered us.
