Kathy is an incredibly knowledgeable and passionate guide, a fierce leader among advocates, a champion for the voices that need to be heard, a sympathetic ear for the stories that aren't often heard. We were honored to be part of the walk through history, through the Castro neighborhood and all of the important events that took and are taking place in this area. Kathy beautifully wove culture and history, public stories and private, challenges and strength in her walk. Nearly moved to tears for two hours, we held back until quieter moments allowed us to synthesize all that we had learned and experienced.
