Eu nunca tinha feito nada próximo a alfajores e aproveitei muito. As aulas são em espanhol ou inglês e o café da doceria dela é uma delícia, também!

I found this experience by accident on Airbnb and being an avid cook and loving the Argentine biscuits I signed up. it was just me on the day so it was very personalised. I learnt everything I needed, hands on, at my pace and always with suggestions and feedback from the master chef Natalia. the outcome was the best alfajor or galleta I've eaten. they were all delicious and with patience and care anyone could make these recipes. I highly recommend this adventure into cooking in a working pastry shop with professional tuition. it was value for money for lifelong recipes and authentic tastes. I can't recommend it highly enough. a great experience

I had the best time learning to make alfajores! The class was so fun and she was so thoughtful and patient. I can't wait to try the recipes when I get back home.
