We had a wonderful cooking experience with Fatima today. We met at an easy to find location and went off to buy ingredients together, then back to her beautiful home where we were welcomed so warmly.
We made an aubergine & tomato dish as well as a beef tagine which was our choosing.
Fatima answered the many questions that we had and was a great conversationalist speaking perfect English, which helped us greatly as our French is quite poor.
I would highly recommend this experience.

Fatima's cooking class was amazing. We chose to cook a Tagine and Fatima took us to the local market and butchers for supplies.
We went to her apartment and prepared the Tagine and a delicious aubergine and tomato side dish.
We also learnt how to make Moroccan mint tea.
I would highly recommend Fatima's cooking class.
