Will’s bagel class is a Montreal must. He keeps the vibe friendly and the pace easy to follow, so you actually learn while having fun. We mixed, shaped, boiled in honey water, and baked our own bagels, and Will explained the “why” behind each step without getting overly technical. You leave confident you can do this at home.

The best part is the local flavor. Will shares a quick history of Montreal bagels, tips on where to find the city’s classics, and small technique tweaks that make a big difference in texture and chew. The ingredients were fresh, the oven was ready when we arrived, and everyone got plenty of hands-on time. I appreciated how he coached each person individually, not just the group.
