Serena was WONDERFUL. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. We walked around the area and she would procure various kinds of street food for us from local restaurants and tell us the history of the food and the area and how the limitations on the people and their fortunes led to the development of that food. We learned so much about the history of Rome and its districts. I finally got to eat things I have only been drooling over in cookbooks. I felt like we were out with a local friend. I highly recommend her and this tour! I want to be her friend; she is so great.
