Demetrios and Cleo were fantastic guides! I’m so happy that I found this tour and that it was my first experience in Montreal… it really set me up with a great foundation of knowledge, culture, and layout of the park & city. Demetrios, a lifelong Montreal resident, could not have been more accommodating and helpful, even giving custom recommendations to each member on the tour when they mentioned their interests, area they’re staying in, and timeline for their visit.

The only issues we encountered were beyond Demetrios’ control — half of our group did NOT read the description of this tour and did not meet in the correct location, NOR were they prepared for a moderately paced 3 mile hike! Demetrios handled the situation with a ton of grace and accommodated the people who were unable to walk such a distance (shortcuts & gentler paths to meet up later). In the end, it worked out great, but I was embarrassed for the people who couldnt take the time to read the basic tour description!
