I live in Medellin with Camila my daughter, 19 and our Golden Retriever, Tommy. We love to spend holidays in Cartagena to enjoy the magic, the restaurants, the ice creams, the deserts, the walks and the friends that Cartagena can offer. I love to play Squash, to do Chi Kung,Yoga and love to read articles and books about health. Im looking forward to share the space and help you in what ever you might need.

Magical is a great word to describe both this apartment and Cartagena. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. So central, balconies to enjoy the weather, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable AC and friendly, helpful security folks. Can't say enough about how fabulous the rooftop terrace was; we enjoyed sunset up there several times. On our last night, some other guests joined us; that was delightful! Why pay to go to a rooftop bar or restaurant when the view is better from your place? We never got a chance to take a dip in the pool but it looked inviting. We did take advantage of the laundry line on the side balcony to wash our clothes. All in all, we had a great time and would recommend Juan Carlos' place to anyone visiting Colombia.

Juan's place deserves 5 starts for it's perfect location since it was in one of the most nicest n quite area. The dance n cultural music that takes place every evening across the park was fun cause it was only from late afternoon to sunset. The place has very beautiful spanish charm. The kitchen was well equipped as we could enjoy few meals there. We got wonderful sleep every night with the big n comfortable bed. Lots of storage.
The only reason one star is missing from this review is because, this place needs a through cleaning (found few cobwebs in some corners) and a fresh paint job. That said, we would still highly recommend Juan's place for its more than perfect location, walkability and the greenery around the apartment and the most, most adorable balcony. It's close to everything a d yet peaceful at night including weekends.
Thank you Juan for such a wonderful stay at your apartment. If we ever come back to Cartagena, we know where we will stay.
