Great spot for two people and very centrally located to UVM and downtown Burlington. Everything was easy and well-communicated!

Dave’s cube of a building, tucked behind a row of houses, is a roomy, clean, getaway within an easy walk of Church Street’s many shops and restaurants.

The rooftop deck is lovely and - with its fairy lights and under-umbrella light strips- the perfect place for a quiet dinner or a sunny lunch. Next door had a live band and party on Saturday night but the noise and music cut off by 10:30 pm.

For those who are visiting UVM, the 30-minute walk there is mostly uphill and, with snotty weather, will make you happy for the parking spots adjacent to the front door.

The master bedroom and en-suite are upstairs while the comfortably firm sofa bed with full bathroom are on the ground floor along with the functional kitchen.

Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is private and secluded - set at the back of the property away from the street. Easily walkable to shops, restaurants and the lakefront. The roof deck was excellent - a beautiful spot for a drink at the end of the day. A caution for remote working couples - the unit is not well set up if you both are working - the only work surface is the dining table so we had to switch off. A desk in the bedroom would accommodate that for couples like us who both had to work for a few days during our stay.
