Hi! I'm Jenna. I'm a yoga teacher, mom, music lover, and language nerd. I founded Embodied Spirit in 2023 to offer safe, nourishing, and encouraging yoga and mindfulness classes to students of all ages and levels. When I'm not teaching yoga, I love spending time with my beautiful son, friends + family, being in nature, seeing live music, reading, and traveling near and far.
